We strive to be compassionate and an inclusive center for all people, regardless of size, race, nationality, religion, gender, gender variance, or sexual orientation.
Naturopathic Physicians are licensed in the state of Vermont as both primary care physicians and specialists. This means that you can come see us for a specific concern while still maintaining your relationship with your general practitioner. Or, we can take care of all of your basic health care needs from a naturopathic perspective. NDs can prescribe drugs when necessary, offer alternatives to conventional medicine such as personalized herbal combinations, homeopathic remedies, nutrient therapies, diet recommendations, adjustments of misaligned joints, and more.
Diagnostically, we do physical examinations, order bloodwork and other diagnostic testing such as ultrasound, x-ray, MRI, CT, colonoscopy, mammogram, etc. Dr. John Hogue is adept at physically examining for musculoskeletal dysfunctions and Dr. Jen Williamson also includes Well-Woman exams ("pap" tests) in her repertoire.
If you are looking for a physician who can give you the tools and skills to take better care of yourself, an appointment with a naturopathic physician is the right choice for you. We love to explain exactly why we are recommending something and how your symptoms and diagnostics indicate a certain combination therapy will improve your health.
We are taking new patients! If you are interested, give us a call today at 802-578-3449. If you still have more questions, check out our What To Expect page.
