If you are a new patient who plans to use commercial insurance such as BCBS, MVP, or Cigna, please ​CALL your insurance provider to confirm that your policy will cover care provided by naturopathic physicians. We are in-network with these companies and listed on their websites, but every policy is different and may prevent coverage for our care, especially for non-Vermont policies. You will not be able to book an appointment without confirming that you completed this step unless you are willing to pay cash for appointments that are not covered. 

We will send you confirmation emails or texts for your appointment as soon as it is scheduled. You will also receive a link for intake forms to fill out before your visit. These need to be completed earlier than 48 hours before your appointment. If you cannot fill them out electronically, we can send them to you by mail but they still need to be returned more than 48 hours prior to your appointment. We will cancel your appointment if we do not receive your paperwork before it is due.
