Making an appointment
Dr. Jen is looking for new patients who want to work on mood/mental health, hormones, or pain reduction, especially those who are looking for weight-neutral and/or gender affirming care. Dr. Jen will see patients above 3 years old, but age 3-16 years old must have a pediatrician on board for general wellness and milestone monitoring.
If you are looking to become a new client, you can call to schedule that first appointment or you can fill out our online form. We need to collect some data from you, including your payment information, so we can get you set up in our system. We use an Electronic Medical Records system that will send you reminders about your appointments and has a patient portal to access documents and communicate with us. We ask that you give us an email which you look at regularly.
Insurance
We take Vermont Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont, MVP and Cigna. You will want to verbally confirm with all commercial providers (not Vermont Medicaid) to determine if they have any restrictions on Naturopathic Physicians who use conventional CPT coding to bill. We never bill Medicare since we are not acknowledged federally. It may be possible to use your secondary insurance if it is one of the above companies. If you do not have insurance or prefer to pay cash, the new patient appointment is $315.
Appointment time
New patient appointments last 60 minutes, and follow up appointments can be 15-45 minutes. Our Electronic Medical Records system will notify you by text unless you let us know that you prefer an email or automated phone call.
