Location Descriptions
We understand that sometimes the first visit is the most nerve wracking and we want to provide you with all of the information you need to be as comfortable as possible. See below for wider descriptions, but we are a facility that strives to accommodate all bodies, genders, and states of health. Therefore we have higher weight chairs, medical equipment for larger bodies, an ADA-compliant bathroom, professional grade air purification, and we mask for patients and ask that they mask for us.
Please come inside and have a seat. Dr. Jen will come out to get you as soon as she can. Sometimes she runs a little late although she tries her best to run as close to on-time as possible. We have reverse osmosis hot and cold water available and a variety of teas. The people watching through the window is mesmerizing.
Although most of the photos here are showing people without masks (thanks to close friends and family), we are a masking facility and ask that you either bring your own mask, or use one that we provide in the waiting room. Dr. Jen needs to be healthy to continue care for hundreds of other patients and really appreciates your compassion for her as well as others coming in the office around you.
We have an Austin Air filter running at all times to improve air quality by decreasing pathogens, allergens, and other airborne contaminants.

We have a variety of chairs that accommodate up to 1000 lbs. The black plastic sled chairs are the safest for most higher weight visitors and do not have armrests.
Dr. Jen now has a flat adjustable and hydraulic table mostly for Facial Counterstrain, but has been helpful for other medical needs. It raises up and lowers as needed, accommodates up to 700 lbs and is wider than most medical tables.
The examination table in Dr. Jen's office is built to accommodate 500 lbs. It folds out to become a gynecologic table as needed. There is a step to get up on the seat, but most examinations could be done seated on a chair if needed.
We have two bathrooms between the two first floor spaces and both are all-gender. The ADA compliant bathroom for those with higher mobility needs can accommodate wheelchairs and has grip bars and a wide doorway. It is just a short trip to the old space we used to occupy in 118 North Main Street.
The bathroom within the office on the 116 North Main Street side does not have grip bars or a wide doorway but is also all-gender.
